What we need?
Monetary Position:
The Vidyalaya is run solely on public donation. In running the Vidyalaya we do not receive any grants from the government nor any fees or contributions from the guardians of students studying here.
The annual expenditure of the Vivekananda Veda Vidyalaya comes to the tune of Rs. 15 Lakh. This includes educational expenses of the students, food and lodging, games and sports, excursion etc. The teachers’ salary which is quite high is also included. You may help the project by bearing a portion of the expenditure every year or you may make one-time substantial contribution. In order to encourage the students for higher studies and as a follow up of what they learn here, we need to pay monthly scholarship to our ex-students for doing their undergraduate and post-graduate studies. The amount thus we need annually for maintenance of ex-students, is Rs.5 lakhs (approx.). The financial constraints we are facing now, compel us to approach benevolent persons like you to support our ongoing educational project.
